A holding page website for a real estate development on London's South Bank. This simple site is just temporary whilst the main website is developed.

The website includes an animated logo created by an animator in After Effects and embedded using a Lottie file.

I was commisioned to build a holding page for a new building in west London.

The page is a simple static HTML page for the time being. The main website will be built in due course.

Caudwell Real Estate wanted a website with lots of animation trickery, yet maintaining a clean, classy look.

I built a website in WordPress that used GSAP extensively on the front-end to animate many elements on the page using multiple timelines. 

The site also used BarbaJS to manage page transitions and enable robust animation transitions between them.
