Web app to automate agency's domains and hosting

An agency that I worked for was wasting a lot of time internally trying to contact clients and find out if they wanted to renew their domains and continue hosting their sites. Up until the point when the web app launched, some clients were getting their sites hosted for free because their account managers were not invoicing for the next year of service.

I created a web with a Laravel back-end and a VueJS Single Page App front-end to allow staff to manage the hundreds of domains and hosting that we managed.

Digital account managers could add their clients' contact details to enable them to get automatically emailed when their domains and hosting were due for renewal. Those clients were then able to click on a button in their email to let us know whether they wanted to renew their services or to let them expire.

The web app greatly reduced the amount of time that was spent chasing clients and led to clients all being invoiced each year, if they wanted to renew.
